The Authentic Design Alliance is proud to support the Green Design Show 2025 as an official Event Partner. This is Australia’s only trade event dedicated exclusively to sustainable interiors.
Held 16–18 July at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre, the event brings together innovative brands, designers, and thought leaders. The focus is on circularity, responsible design, and the future of regenerative practice.
We stand alongside key partners, including the Green Building Council of Australia, Circular Design Thinking, and Green Magazine. Together, we help advance conversations about product stewardship, circularity, and ethical design leadership.
Nexus Designs x Cultivated: Fishbowl Talk on Circular Design
One of the show’s highlights is the Fishbowl Conversation, hosted by Nexus Designs and Cultivated.
This session creates space for open dialogue shaped by Indigenous knowledge systems and design thinking. Speakers include Sonia Simpfendorfer and Sally Evans of Nexus Designs, joined by Josh Ellis from Cultivated.
They will explore themes such as design longevity, furniture stewardship, and circular economy principles in practice.

Visit the NEWNEW Installation by Nexus Designs and Cultivated
Nexus Designs and Cultivated have created the NEWNEW, a feature installation for the Green Design Show 2025. Built by Mark Tuckey, the structure demonstrates the power of circular design systems.
NEWNEW includes pieces curated by Nexus and made by Cultivated using reclaimed, authentic designer furniture. These are paired with sustainable materials supplied by Crafted Hardwoods.
This space is not only an exhibit. It is a call to action. The installation challenges consumers to choose design with longevity, repairability, and ethical production in mind.

The Green Design Show is a core part of Decor + Design 2025, now in its 21st year. This edition centres on the theme “Elements”, spotlighting creative approaches to sustainability.
