ADA WORKSHOP :: DIY IP Registrations w IP Australia

Melbourne Design Week—Hurry, the remaining tickets for our DIY workshop on June 01 are selling fast. ADA with IP Australia unpacks everything designers and brands need to register products (imported and local) and trademarks, including IP Austral and importers.

Presented by the Authentic Design Alliance (ADA), we debut our new ADA-led education series, delivered in partnership with IP Australia.

Over two empowering sessions, designers, brand managers, distributors, and manufacturers will learn how to navigate the Australian design rights system and understand the trade mark and design registration process. This will equip attendees to manage their filings confidently.

SESSION 1: Panel Discussion with Audience Q&A

SESSION 2: A 3-part workshop revealing how designers and brands can self-register products and trademarks

The final segment introduces how and when to seek legal advice, followed by a valuable networking gathering where attendees can connect with panellists and peers.
