This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information, and your rights to access and correct it. It covers all ADA activities, including our website https://authenticdesignalliance.org and our official social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn (together, with our online platforms).

We collect personal information about our members, potential members, affiliates, industry partners and supporters for purposes described on our website.
Personal information may include:
- title, name and organisation

- phone numbers and date of birth
- occupation and payment details
- website and social media links
- other information required to deliver ADA services or run our activities
We collect information:
- Directly from you: for example, when you email us, complete an online form, join as a member or register for an event
- From third parties: for example, award partners, event collaborators or manufacturers providing information about designers
- From publicly available sources such as social media or industry publications

Some information may be stored in databases maintained by Campaign Monitor or Mailchimp in the United States. ADA takes reasonable steps to ensure overseas providers comply with Australian privacy standards.

We store personal information securely in password-protected systems and trusted third-party platforms. While ADA takes reasonable precautions, no internet transmission is completely secure, and information is provided at your own risk.
