DESIGN TASMANIA :: Women in Design 2024, November 1-2

We are thrilled to once again join the annual Women in Design program at Design Tasmania!

Themed ‘Agents of Change: Women Leading Design’, the Design Colloquium and networking event features nine incredible creatives who unpack how they’re shaping the cultural infrastructure of design and pushing the boundaries of practice paradigms today.

The topics span the visibility of women through publication, advocacy, archival practice, and collaboration, highlighting how diverse fields intersect to create new design ecosystems.

Whether through publishing, activism, exhibitions or cross-disciplinary research, these women are pioneering change, inspiring creativity, and empowering communities – co-curated by Helen Norrie and Harriet Edquist.
