Celebrating Australian Design Advocacy and Protection for Furniture (2016–2022)
Advocating for Original Furniture and Lighting Designs Since 2010
Since its 2016 relaunch, the Authentic Design Alliance (ADA) has led national efforts in Australian design advocacy and protection, promoting authentic furniture and lighting design and pushing for stronger laws against copies and replicas.
The ADA’s work has influenced government consultation processes, informed design law reform, and supported the creative industries that define original Australian design.
While policy change takes time, our commitment to protecting Australian design remains central to building a future where furniture design theft is outlawed.
