ADA® ROUNDTABLES February 2021
The roundtable sessions will enable our broader network to contribute to our campaigns and have a say.
Our objective is to ensure that we communicate core industry issues across our advocacy and education/events so the ADA® can best serve the furnishing and interiors sector.

ADVISORY BOARD – Announced early 2021
We have almost finalised our Advisory Board, and you will meet the team when we formally announce early next year.
Our Advisory Board will support us to implement campaign strategies and the rollout of the next phase of work affecting change in the IP space, along with education campaigns, and how to reach a broader audience.

SO, WHAT’S NEXT?
The next phase of the IP Australia review focuses on ‘solutions’, the backbone of our work next year.
This process looks at medium to long-term changes to the existing Australian IP system. ‘Blue sky’ concepts floated include the potential for mediation vs courts for settling infringements; or might be as radical as binning their current process entirely and start again.
