For World Environment Day, next week we join ‘Offcuts, By-products + Beautiful Waste’ at Mud Australia, presented in partnership with Brickworks.
Mud Talks brings together leading voices in architecture, design, and material innovation to explore how waste can become a beginning. From ceramic offcuts to salvaged brick, discover how conscious design is transforming remnants into lasting value.
Mud founder, Shelley Simpson will be joined by Clare Kennedy from Brisbane-based sustainable architecture studio Five Mile Radius, Eve Castle from Brickworks and Mark Simpson from DesignOffice in a discussion led by Authentic Design Alliance director, Anne-Maree Sargeant.
Where: Mud Australia Studio, 36–44 Farr Street, Marrickville NSW 2204
When: 6–8pm, Thursday 5 June
Enjoy complimentary transport from Sydney CBD, provided from Brickworks, 2 Barrack Street, Sydney. Join us from 5pm to enjoy a drink at Brickworks before boarding the bus to the panel event at Mud Australia.
